Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit contributions in the form of a paper with a minimum length of two A4 pages (the maximum accepted length is five A4 pages including figures and references). The paper must contain enough information for the Technical Programme Committe (TPC) and reviewers to judge on the originality and quality of the work.
The abstract must be uploaded via EDAS® (paper submission will start on September 1). Select the correspondent track (regular, convened or invited) for your paper. If you are submitting a convened session paper, a password given to you by the chair of your session is required to finalise the submission.
During the uploading process, authors will be asked to categorise their papers in terms of the conference topics and application tracks (see Call for Papers). You will also be asked if your paper should be considered for any of the awards or grants.
Upon submission, the authors are requested to agree to this Copyright Form.
Paper submission will start on September 1.
Paper submission is now CLOSED.
Upon acceptance, authors will have the option, if desired, to submit an updated version of the paper, remaining within the 2-5 pages limit. Papers that are found to be consistent with the required format and content will be available online, unless the author states otherwise.
At least one of the authors of each paper must have a full registration for attending the conference and it is not possible for any person to register more than two papers in his/her name as "presenting author".
Please note that to have the paper published in the online proceedings the registration fee must be paid and the conference attended.
