Rules for proponents
The proposal must be submitted using the template available in the conference web site. The proposal has to be submitted before the deadline (extended until 22nd June 2015). Convened sessions must have not more than 1 paper from each convener's institution. In addition, the proponents must be aware that in the case of a too small number of accepted papers, the session may be cancelled.
Recommendations
Proponents should try to meet one or more of the following criteria, in order to increase the chance of the session will be accepted:
- Balance between EU and non-EU contributions
- Good participation of industry, especially in application oriented sessions
- Dedicated sessions will be favourably considered provided that they are well motivated (European initiatives, Industry activities, Regional focus, …)
Paper Submissions
All convened papers have to be submitted within the same deadline (16th October 2015) as regular papers, and should conform to the same specifications (minimum 2 pages).
Review Process
Please note that for EuCAP 2016, and in order to ensure the same quality control as regular papers, convened papers will be reviewed by one of the conveners and by external reviewers.
